We are winding down after a fun weekend with family. Mommy and all of her siblings were able to get together along with their significant others and all go to dinner and a movie on Saturday. We had a great time and it is so special to be able to get together like the old days. Then, on Sunday we had an early birthday celebration for Cousin Eli. He loves Cars and now Nathan does too! It was fun to watch the boys start to play with each other. Today, we hung out at home and did some cleaning and getting ready for the week. 4 more days of school and then we are taking off for Seattle. Mommy is super nervous and anxious, but is looking forward to a family vacation with her two favorite boys! I haven't taken many pictures this last week, but I did get a couple of Nathan's new activities.
This weekend we dug out the green rocking chair of Oma's. Nathan LOVED it! He was so cute crawling up in it and reading. He really loves rocking it too. CUTE!!!
This is one of my favorite pictures!
What a big boy he is growing in to!
This weekend we also took out the Noah's Ark that Great Grandpa Hempel made Nathan. He loved it and knew how to play with it taking the animals out and putting them back in.
This picture isn't very good at all, but it is so cute to watch Nathan and Uncle Blake together. I love their special relationship. Here Blake has taken Nathan's hat and Nathan wants it and the ball back. Uncle Blake really is great with him!
Happy Week!
