We had a weekend full of holiday activities. We started out the weekend by celebrating this season with the staff at Ponderosa school. Uncle Jake stayed with Nathan and Mommy and Daddy enjoyed dinner and a party with their teaching partners. On Saturday, RMCC had their annual ladies Christmas brunch. We enjoyed a wonderful brunch, beautiful table decorations, and fun fellowship. The guys went out to breakfast together and went and watched the airplanes. Nathan loved it! After the brunch, Nathan and Mommy headed over to help Bennett celebrate his 1st birthday! On Sunday, we hung out in the nursery and helped out with the little ones. Nathan loved having Mommy and Daddy hang out with him. Daddy took Nathan home for a nap and Mommy went and made lefse with her sisters and Oma. What a fun family tradition! It is so nice to get together and enjoy Christmas music and baking. Then, we finished off our weekend with dinner with Grandma and Grandpa. It was a packed weekend, but we so enjoy spending time with our loved ones.
Here are some pictures from the past week!
I just love this little boy!
The boys both love their Uncle Blake and enjoy playing with him every time we are at Opa and Oma's house!
Nathan is getting old enough to start hanging out in the garage with Daddy more often. He really enjoys Daddy's old toys and can't wait to be able to ride that little green motorcycle!
Our Christmas brunch table and flowers!
It is so special to be able to have all of our family close by and to be able to do special activities like the Christmas brunch together!
Our lefse making adventures were a success!
We all went home with a dozen to share with our families!
We are on to another busy week at school and at home.
Nathan is kind of coming down with a cold, so we are hoping that he doesn't get worse.
Happy Week!
Jen
